Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: Fees paid are non-refundable, including in cases of missed classes or withdrawal.
  2. Refundable Deposit:
    • A refundable deposit requires one month’s written notice of withdrawal, provided the child has completed at least one month of classes.
    • The deposit will be forfeited in case of violation of any clauses mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Pro-rata Fees and Refunds: No pro-rata fees or refunds will be granted for unused classes, including deferments or mid-term withdrawals.
  4. Makeup Sessions:
    • Missed classes are not refunded. Makeup sessions are offered only under specific terms and availability, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
    • No makeup classes will be provided for missed sessions on national or public holidays, though the center may attempt to offer alternate slots without obligation.
  5. Package Fees: No refundable deposit is required for package fee arrangements. Renewal must be completed at least one month before the package expiration.
  6. Fee Revisions: Tuition fee rates are subject to yearly revision, and refunds based on rate changes are not entertained.
  7. Fee Disputes: Any concerns or clarifications related to fees must be communicated via the designated accounts email, as listed in the Terms and Conditions.
  8. Refund TAT: Once the refund is approved, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6-7 working days.

By enrolling in the program, parents acknowledge and accept this refund policy as part of the overall Terms and Conditions.
