Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose: Our mission is to provide a fun environment where your children enjoy and learn each day through our carefully created programs.
2. Acceptance in our program: Please fill out the registration form and submit the form before starting the program.
3. Fees: Kindly check our fee schedule for fee payment. Fees must be paid in full in advance and at-least 10 days prior to the start of the new term. Late payments received after the 5th day of the month, incur a $20 surcharge. This surcharge will be deducted from the deposit if it is not added to the fee paid after the 5th. For parents paying quarterly fee, the fee is due 1 month before the term commences.
4. Replacement classes, Pro-rata fees & Refund: No replacement classes are offered. No deferment and pro rata refunds of fees are granted.
5. Makeup Sessions: Make up sessions can be arranged within the same month for monthly arrangements and same term for term packages, subject to teacher and slot availability ( No rollovers to next month or term ). While Make-up classes cannot be accumulated to offset the tuition fees for the following term. No pro-rata fee arrangement is offered. As per rules no makeup is to be provided for classes missed on National holidays and Public Holidays. But the centre will try its best and give makeup class slots. In case parents cannot do classes in the slot given, then the lesson will not be adjusted or rolled over. Relief Teachers may be provided if timings don’t match with the regular teacher.
6. Teacher Allotment: Trilingual Kids follows a dual teacher policy and reserves the right to change teachers if required. Usually teachers are not changed in the same term.
7. Parent-Teacher Meeting: Parents are expected to attend the scheduled PTMs every alternate month to ensure that both parties are on the same page and the child’s learning goals are being met.
8. Feedback policy: Parents are requested to share feedback every month. We are very open and prompt to any kind of feedback. Please do not hesitate to share your feedback so that we can modify and deliver as per your expectations.
9. Emails: For curriculum matters please email trilingualkidssg@gmail.com and cc to contact@trilingualkidsacademy.com or send a Whatsapp message. For fee matters email accounts@trilingualkidsacademy.com.
10. Referral: All existing parents who refer a friend from outside the school are provided one complimentary session to any of our other programs. Trilingual Kids offers additional referral discounts and rewards. Please drop an email when you refer someone so that we can share with you our latest Referral Offers.
11. Refundable Deposit: One month’s written notice is to be provided for withdrawal from the classes in order to remit the refundable deposit. Notice to be provided after a minimum period of 1 month of joining.
12. Package Fees: No refundable deposit required for package fees. Renewal to be done one month prior to expiry date .
13. Schedule Change: 24 hour notice is required for any schedule change. No shows require full payment.
14. Refundable deposit will be forfeited in case of violation/overstepping of any clause mentioned in T&C
15. Fee : Please note that tuition fee rates are subject to yearly revision and on the discretion of the institute.
16. Personal information exchange: Parents are advised against sharing or exchanging personal details and contact information with any teaching or administrative staff. 17. Trilingual Kids reserves the right to assign a qualified teacher as and when needed.
18. Teachers are required to capture images of their assignments and activities for class records. Please cooperate with the teacher.
19. Acceptance of T&Cs: Starting the classes implies that the parent has understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

I do hereby absolve, acquit and discharge Trilingual Kids from all or any responsibility, actions, causes of actions, claims, demands and obligations whatsoever arising from any loss or damage (including, without limitation and to the extent permissible by law physical injury, loss of life or property damage) caused or sustained as a result of my child/wards participation in this program.
